Returns:
- We accept returns only for items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges for a different item are accepted under the following conditions:
- You must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- Exchanges can only be made for items that are unused, and in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging.
- The cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange is at the buyer's expense, as is the shipping of the exchange item to the buyer.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:

- For returns: If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3 days.
- For exchanges: We will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you promptly, upon receiving payment for shipping.
